The wait is over: BTS shines together again
After what felt like an eternity for ARMYs, BTS is back as a group. And they don’t do it halfway: they announced two consecutive appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. It will be their first time together at a late night since… 2021? Yes, a long time ago.
Everything for the new album ‘Arirang’
The dates are March 25 and 26. This is no coincidence. It is the great move to present Arirang, his fifth studio album that arrives this Friday. On Wednesday they will give an interview and play a new song. On Thursday… another one.
“Arirang” will be their first album since “Proof” (2022) and comes after months of expectation fueled directly by the band.
The interesting thing is how they warned. Before the official statement, some fans received handwritten letters with only one clue: the date “2026.3.20.” A classic BTS movement, always cultivating mystery.
But this is just the beginning. Netflix premieres on March 21BTS: The Comeback Live| Ariranga global special. And on the 27th the documentary BTS: The Return arrives, promising to show us behind the scenes of this reunion.
Additionally, there will be an exclusive fan event in New York with music and trivia. Fallon’s shows also bring star guests: Ariana DeBose on the first day, Chris Pratt and Charlie Day on the second.
For a group that went through mandatory military service and solo projects, this comeback isn’t just another release. It is a reaffirmation of identity. The title Arirang, inspired by a Korean folk song, says it all: they look back to move forward.
Jimmy Fallon continues to be that key platform where the global becomes local. For BTS, these two nights are more than two performances. They are the great post-pause hug with their global audience.
