BTS’s passage through Mexico left more than stardust
The South Korean group not only conquered the Zócalo with its lightning appearance. Hours later, they shared a photo from the National Palace that set the networks on fire. The image, with them posing in front of the main entrance, went viral among the Army. The comments were immediate: “Wow, this is simply shocking”, “I get chills listening to the Mexicans. They are crazy”, “50 thousand people with only five hours’ notice, guys broke it.”
The reaction of the members was pure magic
Jimin uploaded a video from the main balcony. A sea of people, the flag waving in the background. His message: “Thank you Mexico.” RM and Suga also shared postcards from the historic building, showing the madness they created. V, with his basic Spanish but giant heart, said: “Hello. I don’t speak Spanish very well, but I’m going to try. We missed you so much Mexico. The energy here is incredible. Thank you so much for loving us so much.” The screams of the public almost collapsed the Zócalo.
What’s next: three concerts that will paralyze the city
This weekend, BTS performs at the GNP Seguros Stadium. Three shows that already threaten to collapse traffic and fill every corner with euphoria. If the Mexican Army made something clear, it is that the love for the group has no borders. And BTS, with their humility and talent, returned it in spades.
