Jisoo puts order
The BLACKPINK singer does not remain silent. Her legal team addressed gossip linking her brother to a court case that, honestly, has nothing to do with her.
It turns out that over the weekend, South Korean media released information that a certain Kim (yes, a common surname there) was arrested on April 15 for allegedly attacking a streamer in Seoul. The serious thing: some began to say that he was Jisoo’s brother.
The clarification
Lawyer Eun Hyun-ho, from the firm Kim & Chang, was clear: “Some reports… have been irresponsibly linking the artist… in addition to defaming them with false statements.” In other words, pure digital smoke.
“The artist has lived independently of her family for years and had no knowledge of her brother’s private life”
And yes, Jisoo has been living alone for a while. It’s not like I’m aware of family drama 24/7.
Rumors debunked
They also denied that the brother had a hand in Blissoo (his agency). According to the statement: “No family member has received compensation or participated in the decision-making.” Spot.
And the strongest: “He currently has no legal or administrative affiliation with the agency.” So bye to that conspiracy theory.
Legal actions are serious
The final message was forceful: “We will take all legal action… without leniency or agreements.” Translation: If you’re making stuff up about Jisoo, you better delete it before the lawyer’s letter arrives.
The case of this Kim is still under investigation, but the important thing here is that Jisoo has already made it clear: her personal and professional life are another story.
