The night Hollywood dressed to win
Red carpets aren’t what they used to be, but what does it matter? We still love to see who arrives, with whom and, above all, what they wear. Last night, at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, the SAG Awards brought together the best in film and TV.
There were Eiza González, Emma Stone and Teyana Taylor, among others. González, although without a nomination, made an entrance that spoke for itself in a black dress that confirmed her status as a style reference.
The movie everyone is talking about
While the cameras captured looks, the real protagonist was the cinema. “One battle after another”, the film by Paul Thomas Anderson, is the big favorite. She has accumulated seven nominations and everyone points her out as the possible winner of the Best Cast award… and a future favorite for the Oscars.
“One battle after another” is the film with the most nominations; It is considered in seven categories.
Emma Stone, nominated for Best Actress for “Bugonia”, arrived accompanied by her partner, Dave McCary. For his part, Timothée Chalamet is also up for the Best Actor award for “Martin Supreme”.
The evening mixed fashion, nerves and that unique feeling of acting community. Because in the end, beyond the fleeting glamor of the carpet, what remains are the stories. And last night, one in particular seemed to have it all.
