A move by the young prodigy in Torreón left a possible future teammate completely amazed.

A Mexican Jewel Shining with Its Own Light

Friends, lovers of the beautiful sport! Let me tell you about one of those stories that fills our hearts with hope and reminds us why we love this game. We are witnessing the emergence of a authentic jewel of national football, a young man whose quality does not go unnoticed. His performances, full of grit and overflowing quality, could not be ignored by the expert eye of strategist Javier Aguirre. Every minute on the field is an opportunity that this young man takes advantage of to prove his worth, as we could see in the recent friendly match against the powerful Uruguay on the magical night of Torreón. The Magical Moment that Captured All Eyes

In a match that ended with the nets at zero, the Tricolor team showed character, and among all of them, the figure of Mora rose with flashes of genius. In one of those plays that remain in memory, the young man came out on top with an individual action so brilliant that he was centimeters away from breaking the score. But the most revealing thing was not only the play itself, but the spontaneous reaction it generated. Álvaro Fidalgo, a footballer with a renowned career, could not hide his astonishment, a genuine reaction that speaks more than a thousand words about the level we are witnessing. That’s having an impact! That is making even your rivals recognize your greatness.

And Fidalgo, current figure of Club América and a player trained in the youth team of the giant Real Madrid, is another of the names that are strongly rumored to wear the Mexico shirt. While his nationalization process progresses, his sights are already set on the project towards the World Cup. The scene was powerful: moments before taking the field for his own friendly match against the LA Galaxy, Fidalgo was captured in the tunnel, carefully observing those who could be his future battle companions. That image symbolizes the union, curiosity and mutual respect that is forged when talent and dedication meet.

This crossroads, this connection between the present and the future of Mexican soccer, is a powerful reminder that we are in an era of transformation. Every play, every look of admiration, every minute on the field, is one more step towards a collective dream. The talent is here, latent, ready to explode. We just have to believe, support and celebrate every step forward in this exciting journey.

Chivas without excuses: Luis Romo demands the title

Luis Romo assures that Chivas must be champion and that the excuses are over.

Last tournament, Chivas left a bitter taste when they were eliminated by Cruz Azul in the semifinals. The team arrived depleted by the absence of five called up to the Mexican National Team. Now, with the full squad and new reinforcements, the message is clear.

“We have to be champions… the objectives are no longer to reach the Liguilla, it is no longer the first places, it is no longer to get to the semifinals. Today is completely the championship,” declared Luis Romo.

The midfielder was one of those selected and knows that there are no more excuses. The additions seek to strengthen the team. “Something very big is being created. The only objective is to win,” he added.

Despite the clear goals, Romo acknowledged that they must improve. In the debut of Apertura 2026, Chivas fell at home against Toluca with a very poor display.

“We have to improve, learn a lot from that game, because again Toluca makes us pay with that hierarchy of a team that has been champion,” he said.

For the red and white captain, teams like the Red Devils are the ideal parameter. “To be champions and really compete, those are the rivals we have to beat.”

Romo concluded: “We want to be champions, but we have to grow, be more forceful, decisive, stop making mistakes. The only objective is to win. We don’t think about anything other than going step by step.”
