The British singer surprises with a close encounter in the heart of Mexico, fusing his style with the local essence.

An Epic Return with Mexican Flavor

Music lovers, get ready for this story full of magic and connection! Ed Sheeran, the genius of the guitar and the melodies that conquer hearts, returned to Mexico after eight years, but this time he did it in a way that no one expected. It was not in a packed stadium, but in the emblematic Salón Tenampa, in the vibrant heart of Plaza Garibaldi, surrounded by trumpets, murals of legends of ranchera music and an energy that only this country can offer. A true tribute to Mexican culture!

A Showcase that Made a Difference

Organized by Spotify, this exclusive event brought together the artist’s most loyal listeners, press and special guests in an intimate showcase that began at noon. Imagine the scene: Ed appearing accompanied by talented Mexican musicians, with trumpets, guitars and double bass creating a unique atmosphere. The most famous redhead in the world in the perfect place to celebrate music!

Surrounded by murals that honor icons like Juan Gabriel and Lucha Villa, Ed took his guitar and, with that humility that characterizes him, greeted everyone: “I have been giving pop concerts all over the world, but I wanted to return to Mexico in a special way. Today is for you.” And boy did he deliver!

An Unforgettable Musical Journey

The setlist was a tour of his biggest hits, from “Don’t” to “I Don’t Care” (his collaboration with Justin Bieber), but there was also room for gems like “The A Team” and an unreleased song, “Old Phone”, written in 2009 but released recently. “She’s almost the same age as I was when I composed it,” he joked while wiping his sweat, proving that even great artists keep treasures over time.

The most emotional moment came when, in a spontaneous gesture, he sang “Slowly” without being in the original setlist. “It wasn’t fun to write, but it was fun to record. I ask for your attention,” he confessed, achieving a reverent silence before delighting everyone. That’s Ed, always surprising!

A Closing with the Heart in the Hand

When it seemed like the show was ending, “Perfect” arrived, and with it, a sincere reflection on his career: “For 10 years I played for crowds, but that’s how I started: in front of a few people. I missed it.” A reminder that big dreams are born from small moments!

For the final touch, he chose “Shape of You” and, in a nod to his roots, “The Parting Glass”, a traditional Irish song sung at the end of meetings. “My dad is Irish, and although the places where this music is played are different, the energy is the same,” he shared, proving that music has no borders.

Pedro Sola joins the animal rights campaign after controversy

The driver admits his mistake and joins an initiative in favor of dogs.

Pedro Sola once again addressed the issue of his comments about dogs, which generated criticism on social networks. The host of Ventaneando denied being a bad person and asked to support animal rights activism.

What did he say about dogs?

After the controversy unleashed by his statements, the entertainment program sought to clarify the situation. On Tuesday, July 21, after a live apology the previous week and the reading of a statement — where Pati Chapoy, Sola and their colleagues showed commitment to animal protection — the space returned to the topic.

“Educate myself and raise awareness on the issue of animal education… at the end of the day, I’m not a bad person, I said things I shouldn’t have, but I have understood my mistake,” said Sola.

The driver explained that, after measuring the scope of his words, he now joins a campaign that prioritizes the well-being of dogs. Together with Jimena Pérez “la Choco”, Mónica Castañeda and Ricardo Manjarez, he assured that each one is committed to supporting animal protection associations.

The gesture seeks to respond to the indignation that his comments caused on networks, although without further statements involved.

Luisito Comunica apologizes to ARMY after controversy over BTS

The YouTuber received thousands of hostile messages after minimizing BTS's performance at the World Cup.

The comment that sparked the controversy

Content creator Luis Arturo Villar, known as Luisito Comunica, became a trend after receiving criticism and aggressive messages from BTS followers. The incident occurred on July 19, during the 2026 World Cup final between Argentina and Spain in Miami.

During the halftime show, the South Korean group performed Dynamite. Luisito posted a video on Instagram saying that no one reacted to the show. “No one got excited about BTS. But really NO ONE,” he wrote.

In the same clip, he added: “It’s really funny, you can tell we’re at a football fan event, because the BTS one just came out, the Korean guy is very famous, and I don’t see anyone really excited.”

Excuse me with an ironic tone

Hours later, the YouTuber uploaded another video. This time, he apologized to the ARMY community and revealed that he had received thousands of insults and threats. “I’m scared, let me know. It’s not a joke, I’m really scared. I woke up to thousands of messages from very angry people, insulting me, threatening me,” he declared.

With a sarcastic tone, he added: “I know they are capable of destroying lives. I want to apologize to them and I hope we can be friends.” He assured that he made a mistake and that, contrary to popular belief, he enjoys the group’s music.

The video accumulated divided reactions between those who supported his comment and those who considered it a provocation. As of this writing, neither Luisito nor BTS representatives have issued additional statements.
