The case of Rocky, the dog dragged and run over by his owner in the Villa San Miguel neighborhood of Saltillo, Coahuila, has generated a wave of indignation on social networks.
The civil association Dignidad Animal A.C. He spread the video and filed a complaint with the State Attorney General’s Office, with evidence to start an investigation file.

The case remains in the judicial process, while the community demands justice for Rocky.
