Paris Jackson’s legal battle
Paris Jackson, daughter of the late Michael Jackson, intensifies her dispute with the executor of the estate. The singer objects to John Branca keeping documents related to the fees for administering the inheritance confidential.
Paris has expressed its disagreement since 2025. It considers that it has had limited access to financial information, which is why it demands greater transparency.
The numbers of discord
The model also maintains that Branca and the late John McClain received more than $120 million for their management. A figure that, according to her, contrasts with what she and her two brothers have received since 2009.
Executors say Jackson’s three children have received millions in benefits. But Paris remembers that it has already obtained a favorable ruling to prevent extraordinary payments to external legal firms.
Now, the Los Angeles court ordered that the executors’ lawyers submit financial reports from 2019 to 2024 by September 15. Paris asks that Branca’s request for confidentiality be rejected, whom he accuses of prioritizing his reputation over inheritance.
