Did you know that in Chalco five thousand students applied to enter and the current physical space is only for one thousand? Instead of seeing this as an obstacle, we saw it as an opportunity to innovate and expand. As we build more infrastructure, we are offering remote modalities, demonstrating that academic training can transcend physical walls. But our commitment goes further: the goal is to create a university in each municipality, because every young person deserves to have the possibility of studying close to their home, without having to give up their aspirations.
The plan is ambitious and powerful: generate 350 thousand new university spaces, adding the efforts of the National Technology of Mexico (TecNM), the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) and this wonderful “Rosario Castellanos” University. This is the Fourth Transformation in action: guaranteeing access to fundamental rights such as education, health and decent housing. These are not empty promises, but tangible facts that are changing lives and entire communities.
And we don’t stop there. The vision is comprehensive. Along with the construction of schools, we are advancing in territorial regularization, the construction of homes and crucial drinking water works. It is a symphony of progress where every instrument, every level of government, plays in unison to create a solid and resilient social infrastructure.
