Official results of the 2025 housing program
The National Housing Commission (Conavi) has released the final lists of the first phase of the Housing for Wellbeing 2025 program, an initiative designed to provide housing support to families in priority areas of the country. Participants who completed their registration can now verify if they were pre-selected to continue with the process, which includes a validation home visit.
Where and how to consult the results?
Applicants have two ways to access the information:
- Digital platform: The lists are available on the Conavi’s official page, in the exclusive section of the program, with filters by location and registration folio.
- Physical points: Printed copies have been arranged in modules located within the service areas, guaranteeing access to people without connectivity.
In addition, the institution will send notifications via email and SMS to those selected, detailing the next steps. It is recommended to check inboxes and spam.
Requirements for selected beneficiaries
Once eligibility is confirmed, a Conavi team will coordinate a visit to validate the documentation, which includes:
- Current official identification (INE, passport or professional ID)
- Recent proof of address (no older than 90 days)
- Certificate of non-ownership and proof of income
- Additional documents depending on family situation (marriage certificate, medical certificate, etc.)
Key note: If you live in a common law union or marriage, both members must present their paperwork. The signing of the contracts will take place after a successful evaluation.
What if you don’t appear on the list?
Due to the high demand, Conavi could adjust the registry through a public draw if the requests exceed operational capacity. Likewise, a second stage is being evaluated to include more families. The institution emphasizes that transparency and focus on the vulnerable population are priorities.
