A search against time in the midst of tragedy
The heart of Jalisco beats with anguish while Civil Protection and Firefighters deploy all their resources in a race against the clock. The skies roar and the earth groans under the weight of a relentless storm, while helicopters fly through the air in a desperate attempt to find the missing companion of the driver whose life was taken by the furious currents in Tonalá. A scene worthy of the darkest tragedies!
The fateful encounter with destiny
In the darkness of early morning, when the world was still sleeping, a gray Tiida became the scene of a nightmare. Around 4:00 a.m., the raging waters of the stream that crosses the Medrano Prolongation and Calle del Arroyo, in Colonia 20 de Noviembre, rose like a monster thirsty for lives. Nothing could stop his fury! The driver and her passenger were dragged mercilessly, leaving behind a trail of pain and mystery.
Hours later, her lifeless body was found in the Luis Quintanar Park, where the river flows into its waters. But from the passenger… silence! No trace, no sign, just the echo of an absence that tears the soul. The vehicle, recovered among mud and rubble, kept an emptiness that screams to the sky. Where is? Did you manage to escape the clutches of the current? The mystery deepens!
A storm that does not forgive
Tragedy knows no limits. Civil Protection and State Firefighters reveal with a broken voice that this victim joins two others who have fallen under the yoke of the storm. On June 11, in Colimilla, Tonalá, death spread its dark mantle. The same thing happened in the town of San Isidro, in Zapopan. Three souls taken away, three stories cut short by the fury of nature.
While the rescue teams do not rest, the community cries out to heaven for a miracle. Will it be possible to find the missing person alive? Or will the river keep its secret forever? Every minute that passes is a battle between hope and despair.
