The federal government, through Infonavit and Conavi, delivered 111 homes in San José Iturbide, Guanajuato. The six-year goal for the entity was raised from 21 thousand to 75 thousand 997 units.
During the morning conference, Sedatu reported 25 active projects with 15,742 homes under construction, an advance of 20.7%. The total investment amounts to 45,598 million pesos, with 22,000 direct jobs to benefit 76,000 families.
Libyan Governor Dennise García Muñoz Ledo highlighted the collaboration:
“From Guanajuato we will always team up with you when it comes to helping our people and today I feel very happy because Icela and her family are with us.”
Octavio Romero Oropeza, general director of Infonavit, reported that nationwide there are 81 housing complexes with more than 19 thousand homes delivered. In the coming days, five subdivisions will open in different states.
One of the beneficiaries, Rosa Icela, mother of four children, said:
“I didn’t believe it, even when they told me that I was accepted, it’s something extremely incredible… it’s very easy and it’s really 100% real, I already have my key here.”
In terms of deeds, 1,204 documents have already been delivered to the entity.
