New digital tool for tourists
The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) launched a microsite aimed at national and foreign tourists during the 2026 Soccer World Cup, which begins next Thursday.
The site, available at [https://fgr.org.mx/en/FGR/Mundial2026](https://fgr.org.mx/en/FGR/Mundial2026), offers information on the rights and obligations of foreigners, as well as the emergency number 911. It also allows you to initiate complaints online and locate the nearest FGR offices.
Using a QR code, users can access data from the Single Service Window. The FGR highlighted that the microsite facilitates the filing of complaints for any federal crime. In addition, it includes a directory of embassies and consulates.
The World Cup venues in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey have in-person or virtual service. In the capital, the offices are at Dr. Lucio 135, Doctores neighborhood, and in Terminals 1 and 2 of the AICM. In Guadalajara, on Avenida 16 de Septiembre 591, Mexicaltzingo, and at the international airport. In Monterrey, on Carretera Monterrey-Nuevo Laredo km 14.5, Colonia Nueva Castilla, municipality of General Escobedo, and in the international airport module.
The FGR recalled that it has offices in the 32 entities of the country, with attention 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through CEDAC.
