Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers begin divorce proceedings

The reality star and her husband end their marriage after six years, according to court documents.

Legal separation of Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers

The marriage between actress and model Denise Richards and her husband, Aaron Phypers, has come to an end. According to court documents obtained by US media such as Page Six and TMZ, Phypers formally filed for divorce last Monday in Los Angeles, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the main reason.

Details of the legal process

Phypers, 52, requested the dissolution of the marriage after six years of union. Although the couple does not have children together, the businessman requested spousal support, an aspect that could generate legal discussions given the financial status of Richards, known for her participation in reality shows such as The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and her own show, Denise Richards and Her Wild Things.

The documents reveal that the effective separation occurred on July 4, although both maintained an appearance of normality in their television series. So far, neither Richards nor Phypers have issued public statements on the matter.

Context and implications

Richards, 54, and Phypers married in 2018 in an intimate ceremony. The actress, who was previously married to actor Charlie Sheen, has been open about the challenges of her personal life in the media. This breakup marks their third divorce, which could influence their public image and future projects.

Family law experts highlight that the absence of minor children simplifies the process, but the request for spousal support could prolong the negotiations. “In cases of couples with economic disparities, these agreements are usually complex,” explains the lawyer specialized in high-profile divorces, María López.

The media environment also plays a key role. Richards, who has capitalized on her personal life on television, could face uncomfortable questions in future appearances. Meanwhile, Phypers, less exposed in the media, could seek to keep the process private.

Impact on their careers

The news comes at a relevant time for Richards, whose show Denise Richards and Her Wild Things showcases their family dynamic. Although the production has not commented on adjustments to the content, it is likely that the scripts will avoid references to Phypers in future seasons.

On the other hand, the reality TV industry usually takes advantage of these events to generate an audience. Platforms like E! or Bravo could offer Richards spaces to discuss her situation, following the model of other celebrities in similar circumstances.

What’s next for the couple? The legal process in California, where they live, usually takes between six months and a year in cases without major disputes. However, if spousal support is disputed, the deadline could be extended.

Meanwhile, fans are speculating about the reasons behind the breakup, especially after seeing the couple seemingly stable on screen. Was it a sudden decision or the result of accumulated tensions? Only time and eventual statements will tell.

The founder of Rhode stars in the Italian brand's new campaign alongside model Xiao Wen Ju.

Hailey Bieber is once again the face of Miu Miu. The founder of Rhode stars in the Fall-Winter 2026 campaign, a proposal that opts for a nocturnal, minimalist aesthetic with a carefree air that the Italian brand knows how to exploit.

Campaign details

Photographed by Zoe Ghertner, the campaign brings together Hailey Bieber and model Xiao Wen Ju. The setting is an industrial space bathed in blue tones, where the garments take center stage with clean silhouettes, light layers and accessories that mix nostalgia with contemporary luxury.

The collaboration is not new: Bieber had already worked with Miu Miu in previous seasons. This time, the brand leaves behind overloaded styles and opts for simple lines that gain strength thanks to the styling: light sweaters and structured coats are the protagonists.

Galilea Montijo dazzles with a technological dress at the premiere of LCDLF México

Iann Dey's design combined art, technology and LED light on the reality carpet.

Galilea Montijo once again turned the premiere gala of La Casa de los Famosos México into a catwalk. To open the fourth season, the host wore a design by the Mexican brand Iann Dey that fuses high fashion with technology.

More than a dress, the piece is a luminous sculpture. Made on a transparent mesh base covered in microcrystals, it incorporates handcrafted integrated LED light filaments. The organic lines illuminate and draw the silhouette of Galilea, while extensions of light fall from the sleeves to the floor, generating movement with each step.

The styling was done by Jessica Marmolejo, the makeup by Waithsman and the hair by Jorge Beltrán Hair. Designer Iann Dey signs one of the most impressive proposals of the night.

With this bet, Galilea confirms that his appearances on the reality show are already a fashionable event. If in previous seasons it surprised with dramatic silhouettes and transparencies, now it took the conversation towards a field where design and technology are integrated.

On social networks, the dress was one of the most talked about topics of the premiere. The host demonstrated once again that she understands television as an extension of the catwalk.

Anahí, former member of RBD, attended the Backstreet Boys concert at the Sphere in Las Vegas on Saturday, July 25. The visit did not go unnoticed. Howie Dorough, one of the members of the boyband, shared a photo with the Mexican singer on Instagram.

“So nice to meet you,” Howie wrote at the bottom of the image.

The publication included the song “Me hypnotisas” as the background music. Anahí’s reaction did not take long. Hours later, the artist responded from her account:

It was not the only meeting. Anahí also shared a video in which she appears talking with AJ McLean, another member of the Backstreet Boys, who gave her all his attention.

The actress also openly declared herself a fan of the group. In her Instagram stories, she expressed that the concert transported her to her adolescence, between the late ’90s and early ‘2000s, when the boy band dominated the youth scene.

“Forever Backstreet Boys fan, there is music that not only brings back memories… it brings you back to who you were.”

Anahí thus joins the list of celebrities who have witnessed the group’s show in Las Vegas, but her presence generated a special stir on social networks.
