A chapter that closes (with check included)
It’s official now. After two years apart, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren are ready for a divorce. The papers are signed, the terms agreed upon. And most importantly: no public drama.
The actress had filed for separation in January 2025, putting an end to 16 years of marriage and almost two decades together. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, neither will pay spousal support to the other.
But there is a movement of money. As part of the asset balance agreement, Warren will receive a one-time payment of $3 million. Alba will cover half now and the rest within a year.
What matters: children
When they announced the separation, they were clear: “the well-being of our children will be our priority and we ask for respect for our privacy.” That promise appears to have been fulfilled.
They share three children: Honor Marie (17), Haven Garner (14) and Hayes Alba (8).
Their story began as a Hollywood classic: they met in 2004 during the filming of “The Fantastic Four” in Canada. She was Sue Storm, he was an assistant director. They married in 2008, just before their first daughter was born.
And now, as this chapter closes, they both move on. Alba was seen with actor Danny Ramírez in London last May. Warren has been linked to model Hana Sun Doerr.
In a world where famous breakups are often public spectacles, this one seems to have been… pretty civil. Almost boring, in a good way.
