Martínez de la Torre, Ver. – With the aim of strengthening road safety and protecting pedestrians, the H. City Council of Martínez de la Torre began the beacon work in different pedestrian crossings in the city.
The actions are carried out through the Municipal Traffic and Roads Directorate, in coordination with the Urban Mobility Headquarters, as part of a strategy to improve mobility and order on the busiest roads.
The marking will allow greater visibility and a correct delimitation of the spaces intended for the safe crossing of pedestrians, contributing to a more orderly circulation for both drivers and pedestrians.
Municipal authorities highlighted that these works are part of the local government’s commitment to generating safer and more accessible environments, prioritizing accident prevention and more efficient urban mobility for the benefit of citizens.
