Yordi Rosado breaks the silence on the ‘Enrollados’ fiasco

The cast of 'Enrollados' speaks after the cancellation of the tour and clarifies rumors of internal conflict.

The tour that unrolled: the B side of the canceled show

Yordi Rosado says it clearly: they were super motivated. The ‘Enrollados’ team – Adal Ramones, Roxana Castellanos, Lalo España and company – had everything ready to return to the stage. A “beautiful” script reading, laughter, that chemistry that is not lost. After 20 years, the illusion was real.

But behind the scenes, things have been looking ugly for months. Logistical problems, issues with production. The same type of obstacles that ultimately ended up bringing down the announced shows.

“We have been dealing with this for months, obviously you still didn’t know it, but we have been trying to solve it for months anyway,” Yordi confessed.

Meanwhile, Troy was burning on social networks. Fans speculated that the relationship between Adal Ramones and the rest of the cast was ruined by all this mess.

Fight between talent? Zero, says Rosado

Nothing could be further from the truth, according to him. The problem is not between them.

“No, I think that at this moment everyone is solving their things individually, as a group it is not that there is a serious problem right now or anything like that.”

What seriously hurts them is something else. It’s seeing how that dream of reliving the magic of ‘Otro Rollo’ deflates, the program that launched them to fame and from which they left feeling like family.

“We had so much motivation to do the show… it was going to be super special, plus we’ve been waiting to get together for 20 years.”

Now it’s time to resolve: individual contracts and, above all, return their money to the people who eagerly bought tickets. The production company MusicVibe, by the way, still does not show its face publicly.

The millennial moral: sometimes the most anticipated meetings stay in the WhatsApp group. And it hurts more when you’ve been imagining it for two decades.

Faceless musicians: the art of disappearing in the industry

Three groups that turned anonymity into their hallmark and absence into legend.

The power of invisibility

While the majority build their careers on public image, there are groups that decided the opposite: hide their faces, avoid the spotlight or keep who creates their music a secret.

The Residents: mystery as a brand

Since 1970, this American group has taken anonymity to the extreme. With more than 60 albums and world tours, its members have never revealed their identity. They always appear dressed in tails, top hats and enormous eye-shaped helmets. In 2017, Hardy Fox admitted to being one of its founders, but the rest remains a mystery. This fueled myths that linked the band with members of The Beatles or Devo.

Sopor Aeternus: the gothic soul that does not let itself be seen

Pillar of the darkwave scene with four decades of experience. The project is headed by Anna-Varney Cantodea, whose real identity is unknown. Sopor Aeternus & the Ensemble of Shadows have an extensive discography and loyal fans, but they have never given a live concert and interviews are almost non-existent. The only images available show a gothic and vampire aesthetic that reinforces its enigma.

Les Rallizes Dénudés: noise and silence from Japan

Japanese psychedelic rock and noise band, founded in 1967. They built their cult status by rejecting studio recordings; His legacy survived through pirated tapes among collectors. The leader, Takashi Mizutani, spent years away from public life. His death took a long time to be officially confirmed, closing the aura of mystery of one of the most enigmatic groups in the Japanese country.

Tony Dalton returns to the theater with ‘Untouchable Friends’

Tony Dalton returns to the stage after 8 years with a theatrical adaptation of the French film.

An expected return

Tony Dalton steps onto a theatrical stage again. His last work was Power Games in 2017. Film and television kept him busy until producer Morris Gilbert presented him with the script for Untouchable Friends. Dalton accepted immediately.

“Being able to do theater is a blessing for an actor… here you feel everything and you go in the moment,” commented the actor.

Gilbert and Dalton had an outstanding debt: they had not worked together since Same time next year, 15 years ago. The actor’s schedule always prevented it, but a year ago everything aligned. The adaptation of the French film Untouchable Friends (2011) convinced Dalton, which premiered last night at the Teatro Centenario Coyoacán.

The work

The story follows Felipe (Dalton), a millionaire who becomes a quadriplegic after an accident and falls into depression. His life changes when Abel (Manuel Cruz Vivas, alternating with Sebastián Dante), a young man from the neighborhood with no experience, becomes his caretaker. Together they discover a new direction.

The direction and adaptation are carried out by Angélica Rogel. The cast includes Daniela Luján, Mónica Dionne and Daniel Bretón. For almost two hours, the audience laughs, gets excited and connects with this endearing duo.

For Gilbert, finding his co-star was key. “This was for auditions… I’m sure people will come to see both of them,” he explained. Aurelio Palomino’s set design transforms the space: from an elegant residence to an afternoon on the beach, all without losing the theatrical magic. Gilbert highlighted the difficulty of adapting film to theater: “The challenge was to create those spaces in a magical and flowing way.”

The cast of Untouchable Friends promises a moving and fun experience.
