Úrsulo Galván City Council brings property payment closer to communities

The H. Úrsulo Galván City Council reported that this Monday, February 2, administrative activities in the municipal offices will be suspended, in accordance with the official notice issued by the local authority.

Likewise, it was announced that the waste collection service will resume on Tuesday, February 3, at its usual times, so the population was urged to take the necessary precautions.

The Municipal Government thanked the citizens for their understanding and reiterated its commitment to keeping the population informed about the provision of public services.

With the aim of strengthening the internal organization, improving document management and guaranteeing administrative transparency, the City Council of Úrsulo Galván carried out the Update of the Institutional Archive System, a key action for the correct management of public information.

The activity took place on January 28 at 3:00 p.m. and was headed by the municipal president Bertín Bravo Montero, with the participation of the head of the area and Archive coordinator, those responsible for the Archive in Process of each department, the person in charge of the Historical Concentration Archive, the person in charge of the Correspondence area, as well as the first councilor, responsible for the corresponding commission.

During the day, the guidelines and procedures that govern the organization, safeguarding and consultation of official documents were reinforced, with the purpose of consolidating a more orderly, efficient administration that adheres to current regulations.

With these actions, the Úrsulo Galván City Council reaffirms its commitment to transparency, accountability and the proper management of public information, for the direct benefit of citizens and institutional strengthening.

With the aim of strengthening environmental care and keeping tourist spaces in optimal conditions, a successful cleaning day was carried out on Chachalacas Beach, headed by the municipal president Bertín Bravo Montero, in coordination with the Ecology Directorate, the Tourism Directorate and the IMJUVE Directorate.

The activity had notable citizen participation, as well as staff from the hotel sector and tourism service providers, including four-wheelers, who enthusiastically joined this collective work in favor of the preservation of the natural environment.

Municipal authorities highlighted that these actions not only contribute to improving the image of the beaches, but also promote environmental awareness among inhabitants, visitors and service providers, promoting responsible practices for the care of tourist destinations.

The City Council reiterated the call to continue working together to keep the beaches of Chachalacas clean and sustainable, considering that citizen participation is key to protecting natural resources and strengthening the tourist attraction of the municipality.
