The last chapter of a career marked by controversy
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) confirmed the arrest of streamer Braden Eric Peters, known as “Clavicular.” The reason: allegedly shooting a deceased alligator during a live broadcast from the Florida swamps.
In the video, first broadcast by TMZ, the content creator is seen with three other men on a boat. The sequence is clear: he stands up, points a gun and shoots the reptile several times.
“The corresponding investigations are already being carried out,” reported the FWC.
Lieutenant Governor Jay Collins was quick to react on social media, condemning what he called an “illegal action.”
A history that precedes the scandal
For those who follow the world of streaming, this is not a surprise. Clavicular, 19 years old, already accumulated nearly 750 thousand followers on Kick thanks to deliberately provocative content. His specialty was looksmaxing, an obsessive tendency to improve physical attractiveness, but his methods often led to viral incidents… and legal problems.
This arrest is just the most recent. On February 9, he was arrested in Arizona for entering a night establishment with false identification. And on Christmas, he was accused of running over a man with his Tesla Cybertruck during another broadcast, which cost him temporary expulsion from Kick.
The alligator broadcast was part of his “Mog World Tour”, a 30-day live marathon. But the final straw for authorities was another: a misdemeanor assault charge related to a physical dispute earlier this year.
He was eventually booked into the Broward County Jail. His bail was set at $1,000. A low figure for someone whose content seems to have a much higher price in legal and ethical terms.
