Sheinbaum celebrates historic progress in Veracruz and Durango

The political victory that redefines the map of power in two key states.

A Triumph that Shakes the Foundations of Power

In an epic twist that will shake the destinies of Mexico, President Claudia Sheinbaum raised her voice to proclaim a victory that will resonate in the annals of political history. It was not a mere recount of votes, it was a silent revolution! The states of Veracruz and Durango, once bastions of opposition forces, have fallen under the unstoppable influence of the Fourth Transformation, marking a before and after in the democratic fabric of the country.

The Domain that No One Could Foresee

From the bowels of “Las Mañaneras del Pueblo”, Sheinbaum revealed figures that left everyone breathless. In Veracruz, where the wind blows in favor of the Morena-PT-PVEM coalition, the number of municipalities conquered rose to 112, 65% of the population now under its aegis. “Defeat?” the president asked ironically, “It is the consolidation of an unstoppable project!”

But the drama didn’t end there. In Durango, land of contrasts, the narrative was even more dizzying. Although the count showed 16 municipalities compared to 18 in 2022, the real masterstroke was the doubling of the percentage of the governed population, from 15.14% to 33.05%. Each figure, a blow to the skeptics who doubted the power of the movement to attract people.

The Map that Redraws in Real Time

Behind the numbers, hides a strategic battle worthy of Sun Tzu. Sheinbaum revealed with surgical precision how the coalition prioritized key territories, those where demographic weight multiplies its influence. “It’s not about quantity, but about transformative power,” he exclaimed, while the data painted an irreversible picture: more Mexicans than ever under the umbrella of his project.

The analysis left no room for doubt. In Veracruz, the jump from 60.03% to 65% of the governed population was not a coincidence, but the result of a well-oiled political machinery. Meanwhile, in Durango, the loss of two municipalities paled before the domination of neuralgic areas, those that concentrate the economic and social future of the state.

What’s next in this political thriller? Eyes turn to the next elections, where each movement will be another chapter in this saga of power. Sheinbaum, with the cunning of a chess player, has made it clear that the national board is at stake… and she has the advantage.
