Legal dispute over the custody of Post Malone’s daughter
The ex-fiancee of renowned artist Post Malone, identified as Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, filed a lawsuit in the Los Angeles Superior Court to obtain primary physical custody of their two-year-old daughter together. According to court documents obtained by Rolling Stone, Park also requested shared legal custody and was willing to grant visitation rights to the singer.
Key details of the lawsuit
In the petition, Park revealed that her daughter has resided exclusively with her since November 2024, after a period of cohabitation with both parents since her birth in May 2022. The lawsuit includes a request for Malone to cover the legal expenses associated with the custody modification process.
This case arises after the “Circles” singer spoke publicly about his experience as a father in an interview with CBS Sunday Morning in 2023, where he highlighted how fatherhood transformed his life and professional perspective.
