The news of the death
Singer Lauren Bennett passed away at age 37. The information was confirmed by her former colleagues from Paradiso Girls, the group with which she began her career 19 years ago. In a statement, Chelsea Korka, Shar Mae Amor, Aria Crescendo, Kelly Beckett and Sisely Treasure expressed their sorrow without revealing the causes of death.
“Our hearts are broken…her beautiful spirit touched so many lives,” they wrote.
Musical career
Bennett rose to global fame in 2011 with the hit “Party Rock Anthem”, alongside the duo LMFAO. She had previously been a member of Paradiso Girls and later was part of GRL, a group that dissolved in 2015 after the loss of another member, Simone Battle.
In 2015 he released the song “Hurracaine”, inspired by his mother and emotional health. Her last Instagram post, in late February, was a cover of “These boots were made for walkin’.”
