The 28-year-old girl was located after a 40-day search and remains hospitalized.

Meeting after 40 days

Kelly Ariadne Gerardo Grajeda, granddaughter of the singer Paquita la del Barrio, was found alive after 40 days missing. The 28-year-old girl is already reunited with her family, although she remains hospitalized in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, under medical review.

It was through a statement signed by Paquito Torres, the artist’s manager, that the news was confirmed:

“With enormous relief and gratitude, we report that Kelly has been located alive.”

The discovery occurred on Wednesday, June 30, when the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Guanajuato (FGE) rescued the young woman and transferred her to the General Hospital of San Miguel de Allende. There he was reunited with his mother.

Health status

Alejandra Chávez, Kelly’s sister-in-law, detailed in an interview with the program “Ventaneando” that the young woman had significant weight loss, injuries to her arms due to the local vegetation, and dehydration. However, medical studies ruled out anemia and found no signs of abuse or serious illness.

“The truth is that it was shocking to see her at such a low weight, yes with many injuries… super dehydrated but, as far as possible, the doctors say that she does not have anemia, which is a super advantage,” declared Chávez.

Emotional support

Although Kelly acknowledged her family members, her emotional state is complicated. She experiences fear and anxiety, so she will be evaluated by a psychologist and a psychiatrist. His sister-in-law pointed out that he could be discharged within the week, but the psychological treatment will continue.

“She arrived at dawn, they are doing studies on her… she is in a complicated emotional situation… so that she can tell the story and really comment on what happened,” he added.

The family appreciates the support of the authorities and asks for respect for their privacy while Kelly recovers.

Paul Stanley remembers his father Paco Stanley on his 84th birthday

The driver shared an emotional message on Instagram for his father's birthday.

Paul Stanley published a touching message on Instagram for the birthday of his father, the late driver Paco Stanley. This Friday, July 3, he would turn 84 years old.

“So my kid boss, today 84 years old, I always love you in my (heart). Your granddaughter is beautiful, her name is Victoria, she asks mom for water all night and she calls me Dada hahahahahahaha. And it goes to Pumas (she says puna),” wrote Paul.

The publication includes a photo of Paco Stanley in his youth. Colleagues like Karla Díaz, Shiky and Andrea Escalona showed support with emoticons.

A memory that hurts and celebrates

Paco Stanley died in 1999 due to an attack. Paul was then 14 years old, an age at which paternal presence is key. This week, during the premiere of “Viva la magic!” from Disney on Ice, Paul attended with his wife Joely Bernat and daughter Victoria.

“It was typical to go to the circus, you went to your lunette and had fun, I did experience it well and today I am experiencing it with my daughter,” he recalled.

For Paul, being a father was always a dream. “I’m trying to give him the best, to have a good childhood,” he commented. The process, he assured, is a constant learning.

The emotional Instagram post and recent statements reflect the bond Paul maintains with his father, even two decades after his departure.
