Harry not only floats, he destroys
Harry Styles is back and doing it in a big way. Their new song, “Aperture,” debuted directly at the top of Spotify’s daily global chart. We are talking about more than 12.4 million views in a single day. Come on, the seat in number one wasn’t even warm.
The release reinforces its impact in the digital era, especially after several record cycles.
It is the biggest streaming premiere of 2026 so far. It doesn’t surpass the historical numbers of “As It Was”, but come on, who does? The important thing is that it confirms that Harry is still an unstoppable force.
An opening towards the new
The song is the spearhead of his next album, “Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally”, which comes out in 2026. It will be his fourth solo album and his first in four years. The wait has been long, but it seems like it will be worth it.
The sound is an addictive mix: electronic, techno, pop and a touch of disco. It moves away from vibes like “Late Night Talking” to build something completely danceable. It’s the perfect soundtrack for a night you don’t want to end.
The video clip is pure vibe. We see him float, smile, and go through a carousel of emotions—fear, anger, happiness—while being pursued by another man. Play with the feeling of freedom and defy gravity with playful energy.
The lyrics use the metaphor of a camera opening to talk about opening up emotionally, letting in the good, and finding clarity. Harry said he wanted to create a nighttime atmosphere, inspired by his time living in Berlin.
And this is just the beginning. The album will be accompanied by the “Together, Together” residency tour, with around 50 dates in Mexico City, London, Australia and New York.
They’ve already leaked some tantalizing titles: “American Girls,” “Ready, Ready” and “Carla’s Song.” It seems that Harry comes with everything ready to conquer us again.
