As part of the actions to strengthen the nutrition and well-being of families in the municipality, this Wednesday, January 21, the delivery of milk from the Liconsa program was carried out, as well as the registration of new beneficiaries, in Villa Independencia, on the fields of Padre Hidalgo.
During the day, beneficiary families went to the delivery point to receive this food support, which is part of the government strategies aimed at improving nutrition and contributing to the household economy.
Municipal authorities highlighted the importance of this program, pointing out that Liconsa milk represents direct support for girls, boys, older adults and vulnerable sectors, by guaranteeing access to a basic, quality food.
Likewise, the population was invited to keep an eye on the City Council’s official channels, where the next delivery dates and locations will be informed, with the aim that more families can integrate and benefit from the program.
With these actions, the Municipal Government reaffirms its commitment to promoting food support programs and working in a coordinated manner to improve the quality of life of the population.
