An Italian romance with postcard landscapes (and many likes)
Ah, summer. That time of year when ordinary mortals sweat in the office while celebrities walk around places that we only know from wallpaper. And this year, the lucky protagonists of this romantic comedy are Diego Boneta and Renata Notni, who decided that their well-deserved rest should include ancient stones, turquoise waters and, of course, a generous dose of other people’s envy.
Capri: where wifi is slower than the pace of life
The destination chosen by the couple was none other than Capri, that Italian island that seems taken from a catalog of “places where you can never afford to stay.” Between photos of cliffs that defy gravity and sunsets that seem filtered (but no, nature also has its editing team), Boneta limited himself to writing “Italian Summer”. Original, right? Although, to be fair, what else is there to say when you’re too busy being happy?
Meanwhile, Notni opted for the classic declaration of love in Italian (“Ti Amo, Capri”), because what would a couple’s vacation be without a romantic cliché? Of course, the photos leave no room for doubt: between hugs in front of the sea and looks that could melt a gelato in seconds, the couple’s chemistry is more evident than Diego’s tan.
Of course, all of this was meticulously documented on their social media, because if it’s not uploaded to Instagram, did it really happen? The followers, faithful to their role as audience in this work, responded with likes and comments such as “What envy!” or “Do you need extra luggage? (It’s me, I offer myself).”
So there you have it: two stars, a dream island and zero worries (except, perhaps, for the cell phone battery). The rest of us? We’ll keep refreshing the page in case more photos come up… because let’s face it, it’s the closest we’ll get to Capri this summer.
