Everything was fine with Bárbara Torres: it was just a scare due to dehydration
Over the weekend the news spread like wildfire: Bárbara Torres, our beloved ex-Familia P. Luche, had been urgently hospitalized in Matamoros. Cue the collective panic of his fans.
But calm down, people. The actress herself came forward on her networks to clarify the matter. It turns out that he is on tour with the play ‘Brujas’ and his body took its toll.
“It was just a little dehydration due to having missed something. I’m going from one place to the other,” explained Bárbara from Instagram, ensuring that she is now in good condition.
What really happened?
Apparently, everything happened during breakfast. The actress began to feel bad and lost consciousness for a few moments. They quickly took her to the hospital where they gave her serum and the necessary care.
The origin of the problem has a fairly mundane explanation for someone in his profession. In an interview with ‘Venga la Alegría’, Torres confessed that during the performances he avoids drinking a lot of water because the scenes are a single act and he cannot go out to the bathroom.
“They gave me serum and everything they could give me,” he said about his time at the hospital.
The protective gesture of Sabine Moussier
One of the most talked about moments was the reaction of her castmate, Sabine Moussier, who was upset when they recorded Barbara being transferred by ambulance.
Torres came out in defense of Sabine: “I didn’t want my children to find out so as not to worry them.” He explained that his colleague was only asking for respect:
“The only thing that happened is that Sabi said: ‘please don’t record’.”
The actress called on the sensitivity of the public and those who record these difficult moments, as they directly affect the families involved.
For now, Bárbara continues with the ‘Brujas’ tour with Sabine Moussier, Dalilah Polanco and Gabriela Spanic. It seems that this scare will remain as one more anecdote on the artistic path.
