The “Little Angel” who was not so angelic
It seems that Ángel Javier “N”, alias “El Caiser” or “El Angelito”, was not exactly handing out blessings. This subject, 28 years old and with a resume that includes 10 homicides and VIP membership in the criminal group “La Barredora”, was arrested in Puebla after the Tabasco authorities launched a “Where is Wally?” but in a narco version.
Interstate operation: when governments do cooperate
It turns out that Tabasco and Puebla teamed up like in those police series crossovers. According to the Puebla Prosecutor’s Office, the detainee was delivered by air from the Hermanos Serdán International Airport (yes, the same one where they sometimes lose your suitcases) to face Tabasco justice. All this thanks to a “coordinated device” that sounds more like a spy movie than government bureaucracy.
The funny thing is that “La Barredora” is not a cleaning company, but a criminal group that emerged from corrupt police factions (because what better cover than those who should persecute them). They are dedicated to everything illegal you can imagine: from extortion to drug dealing, including fuel and human trafficking. Basically, the “criminal enterprise” of the year in Tabasco.
And while “El Angelito” traveled on his flight without catering service, the networks were burning with memes about his nickname. Because, let’s be honest, being called “Ángel” and being a hitman is like being called “Paco” and being a cat. The irony is so thick you could cut it with a knife (and he probably would).
What’s next? Well, let them put him in court, where he will surely try to negotiate with a “I was just the accountant” or something like that. Meanwhile, the citizens of Tabasco breathe a sigh of relief… until the next “criminal entrepreneur” with a ridiculous nickname appears.
