The singer returns to court and did not bite her tongue
Alicia Villarreal returned to the Nuevo León Courthouse this morning. Her mission: follow the legal process against her ex-husband, Cruz Martínez.
She arrived after 10:00 a.m., accompanied by her legal team and her partner, Cibad Hernández. The hearing was related to reviewing the music producer’s precautionary measures.
A direct claim at the exit
After just over an hour inside, Villarreal stood in front of the media. And he dropped the bomb on the judge in charge.
“Here I am in another hearing. The judge was not impartial. I am firm in what I started. I really trust the laws to do what is pertinent,”
declared the interpreter, as reported by Info 7.
His lawyer, Mariana Hernández, was more specific. He explained that although Martínez failed to comply with the conditions imposed for his freedom, there were no sanctions or modifications.
“The judge did not change anything at all… he is not interested in submitting to authority,”
the lawyer detailed.
The producer’s argument during the hearing was a family health issue from years ago. According to the Villarreal team, without evidence to support it.
Despite the frustration of the day, the singer made it clear that she is not backing down. He insisted that he will continue through legal means and maintains his confidence in Mexican laws.
Another chapter in this long process that continues to add hearings and statements.
