Arrest of an alleged murderer in the field of football
Agents assigned to the Jalisco State Prosecutor’s Office carried out the arrest of an individual identified as José Manuel “N”, identified as the alleged intellectual and material person responsible for the qualified homicide of José Eduardo Ramírez Ávalos.
