Taylor Swift in Rhode Island: between wedding and farewell rumors

Wedding and bachelorette party rumors surround Taylor Swift's getaway to Rhode Island.

Rumors and denials

Taylor Swift’s weekend in Rhode Island keeps her followers in suspense. For days, the activity in his mansion and the nearby Ocean House hotel has fueled all kinds of versions. A large wooden dance floor was installed at the venue, and a rehearsal was held on Friday that appeared to be related to a wedding ceremony.

However, the most recent versions indicate that the central event would actually be a bachelorette party. Sources close to the organization revealed to TMZ that the meeting would have the format of an intimate party with the singer’s closest friends.

Several women have been seen among the guests since midweek, including Abigail Anderson Berard, considered one of Swift’s best friends. Security in the area was also significantly increased.

On the other hand, the Ocean House tent does not belong to Taylor Swift, but to another couple expecting around 220 guests. The bride’s mother commented that she would have loved for the singer to attend, but confirmed that she is not part of that celebration. So far there are no reports that point to a wedding for the artist.

Juan Gabriel will have a new biopic by Gary Alazraki

The son of the Divo de Juárez authorized the film that will seek a global audience.

A new film project

A decade after his death, Juan Gabriel will return to the big screen. Filmmaker Gary Alazraki is preparing a biopic authorized by Iván Aguilera, the singer’s son.

The film, titled Juan Gabriel, will be the third production about the artist in the last ten years. It is preceded by the series Until I met you and the Netflix documentary Juan Gabriel: I must, I can and I want.

Alazraki, director of Nosotros los Nobles and Club de Cuervos, assures that this version will be different. With a global perspective, it seeks to tell a story that transcends borders.

“For me there is a mythical story in the life of Juan Gabriel and, because of the way I want to tell it, I think it will be very endearing for Mexico, for Alberto’s family, for fans of Juan Gabriel and for those who do not know who he is. I think that talking about him is also a way of telling the story of Mexico,” says Alazraki.

The director knows that the challenge is huge. In addition to recent productions, “Juanga” himself filmed the feature films El Noa Noa and Es mi vida, where he himself acted.

Alazraki plans to raise financing abroad for the film to be released in several countries. “We can’t just tie it down here, we’re talking about a production that is not only local, but global. There are many Mexicans in the US, many people from various countries like Juan Gabriel,” he points out.

The director will soon begin the second season of The Office for Prime Video. If plans move forward, the biopic could begin filming this year.

Alazraki already has experience in the Latin market: in 2022 he made the remake of The Bride’s Father, with Andy García, Adria Arjona, Gloria Estefan and Diego Boneta.

Mariana Ochoa: “Freedom begins with our pocket”

The exOV7 releases a single and reflects on the economic empowerment of women.

Mariana Ochoa returns with a message of independence

Mariana Ochoa releases this Friday “Déjame el tequila”, a single in collaboration with Andrés Zuno. The song, now available on digital platforms, is accompanied by a video that will be released next week. The theme explores relationships where pride and emotional dependence trap two people who cannot let go.

The former member of OV7 thus returns to the personal path she began a year ago with “La pension”, a song in which she narrated her experience after the divorce. Now, in an interview, she delves into what she considers true female empowerment: economic independence.

“It’s very good to fall in love, to start a family, but have children that you can support yourself if one day you find yourself alone. I believe that our freedom as women begins with our pockets. Fulfill your dreams, work and be free,” she said.

The singer stressed that many women face raising their children alone. She cited hard data: “70% of women in Mexico raise our children alone.” For her, art becomes a tool to make that reality visible.

In “Déjame el tequila,” both performers reflect a dynamic of clinging to what no longer works. Mariana does not hide her identification with the lyrics: “Yes, I have been a crumb, but I am changing. I believe that at some point we have all fallen in love with the wrong person and there you go begging for little pieces of love,” she confessed.

The launch marks a new stage for the artist, who combines her musical career with acting. The song already generates expectations among her followers, especially because of the message of emancipation that the artist wants to convey.

Emma Heming Willis celebrates 50 years with a message about Bruce’s dementia

Emma Heming Willis reflects on her 50th birthday and caring for her husband, Bruce Willis.

A birthday with purpose

Emma Heming Willis turned 50 and celebrated with a video online where her husband, Bruce Willis, appears blowing up a balloon. The image of the 71-year-old actor, fun and relaxed, thrilled his followers.

In her message, Emma wrote:

“Today I turn 50. And I must say that I am ready for this new decade and everything it has in store for me.”

The publication was not just a celebration. Emma described her last ten years as intense, where she established herself as a wife, mother, caregiver and advocate. Together with her family, she promotes the Emma & Bruce Willis Fund, focused on raising awareness about frontotemporal dementia (FTD), supporting caregivers and funding research.

Bruce Willis was diagnosed with FTD in 2023, a year after announcing his retirement from film due to health problems. This neurodegenerative disease affects the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain, altering behavior, language, and cognitive functions. Since then, the family has cautiously shared updates, protecting the actor’s privacy.

The actor, known for films like Die Hard, has the support of his five daughters: the eldest Rumer, Scout and Tallulah (the result of his marriage to Demi Moore), and the youngest, the result of his relationship with Emma.

Emma expressed that her hope for this decade is to achieve a future with more support, resources and hope for families facing dementia, as well as reducing stigma. The publication received expressions of affection from followers and entertainment figures, who have publicly accompanied the Willis family process.
