Madonna returns with ‘Confessions II’
The singer Madonna broke a silence of seven years. This morning he presented a 13-minute short film titled Confessions II – The Film, a preview of his new album.
The material shows fragments of songs such as “Bring Your Love”, in collaboration with Sabrina Carpenter, and “Read My Lips”, together with the Colombian Feid, who also participated in the composition.
Six chapters of surreal style
The film is divided into six chapters. Each one places Madonna in scenarios that mix fashion, dance, partying and desire, key elements in her career.
In addition to Carpenter and Feid, the short includes appearances by Kate Moss, Benedict Cumberbatch and Julia Garner. The visual production is a tribute to its most innovative aesthetics.
“Confessions II” will arrive on July 3. It works as a continuation of Confessions on a Dance Floor, an album that more than two decades ago marked one of the most successful moments of the so-called “Queen of Pop.”
With this release, Madonna resumes her place on the music scene, betting on international collaborations and a powerful visual narrative.
