The networks are on fire. Kenia Os, in a move that no one expected, made a million-dollar donation to the hospital account of Mary Martínez, Kimberly Loaiza’s mother. We are talking about 1.5 million pesos. And this is not just anything, considering that these two queens of digital entertainment have not spoken for years.
The family situation is complicated. Mary Martínez was in intensive care, intubated and in a coma due to a serious infection. Meanwhile, the family drama came to light when Stefanny Loaiza, Kimberly’s sister, revealed the conflict they have with Juan de Dios Pantoja, her husband.
“I just received a call from the hospital that they had received a payment of one and a half million pesos, which was part of the Kenya Os team,” Steff Loaiza said through tears in a video.
The reaction was immediate: “I am very grateful, thank you very much, life and God will reward you.”
Reconciliation in sight?
To understand why this is so big, you have to step back. Kenya and Kimberly were close together around 2018. Kenya constantly appeared in the ‘team’ videos and her popularity took off thanks to that collaboration.
But in 2019 everything went to waste. Kenya disappeared from the content and rumors began: creative problems, labor disagreements. The straw that broke the camel’s back were accusations about the leak of manipulated intimate content that affected Kenya.
Since then, each one went their separate ways, building digital empires but without sharing a public word. Until now.
