New accusations against Kanye West for alleged sexual assault
Lauren Pisciotta, former personal assistant of controversial artist Kanye West, has filed a second amended lawsuit against him, expanding the initial accusations with charges of sexual assault, workplace harassment, false imprisonment, physical injury and human trafficking. The alleged events would have occurred during a business trip in a luxury hotel in San Francisco, while they were collaborating on the production of the album Donda.
Chilling details in the complaint
According to legal documents to which TMZ had access, West – also known as Ye – reportedly began a pattern of inappropriate sexual conduct, including non-consensual kisses and explicit comments about Pisciotta’s body. The complaint describes how, during a recording session in the hotel suite, the “Runaway” singer masturbated in front of her and touched her without permission, before abruptly falling asleep.
In another incident, West reportedly broke into Pisciotta’s room under the pretext of using his shower. Despite her repeated refusals, he would have pushed her onto the bed, immobilized her and forced her to perform sexual acts. “I begged it to stop, but I was paralyzed by terror,” says the victim in her testimony.
Pattern of behavior and links to other cases
Pisciotta also alleges that the rapper offered her as “sexual exchange” to third parties, a practice that, according to her statement, was common in her circle. This is not the first time that the former assistant has denounced West: in May 2024, she accused him of administering substances without consent during a study session with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who is currently facing charges of pimping.
West’s legal team has not issued a statement about the new allegations, although in the past it has called the claims “false and opportunistic” and threatened a countersuit. However, these accusations deepen the public crisis of the artist, already affected by his anti-Semitic statements and the breaking of contracts with Adidas, Balenciaga and Universal Music Group.
Legal implications and media impact
This case is framed in a broader context of allegations of abuse in the music industry, where figures such as Diddy and R. Kelly have faced similar processes. Legal experts point out that, if the charges are proven, West could face severe penalties, including prison and million-dollar fines. Furthermore, the scandal reinforces the debate about impunity of celebrities in cases of gender violence.
As justice progresses, Pisciotta seeks financial reparation for emotional damages and loss of income, alleging that his career was cut short after the events. The case promises to keep the rapper in the eye of the media and legal storm during 2025.
