More than 10 thousand eligible people have been channeled to IMSS Bienestar and ISSSTE hospitals and clinics for emergency situations. “There are very serious cases that fortunately, thanks to the timely intervention of the nurse and the hospitals, we have managed to save lives,” Valencia said. In addition, more than 11 million capillary tests for glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides have been performed to implement prevention strategies.
