A Historic Electoral Process with Transparency and Rigor
Mexico is writing a key page in its democracy! For the first time, the vote count for the election of the Judiciary will be carried out in INE offices, with an army of 45 thousand officials working tirelessly to guarantee accuracy and fairness. If citizen participation is high, this process could extend up to 10 days, but every minute will be worth it to strengthen our justice.
Technology and Methodology: An Impeccable System
Imagine this scenario: work teams in the 300 District Boards capturing data in a mobile application designed to streamline the process. Yeah! One official dictates the numbers, another enters them, and it is double-checked to avoid errors. The result? A system that adds votes in real time, available to the entire public. This is how you build trust!
The schedule is clear and ambitious: from June 1 to 3 the votes for the Supreme Court of Justice will be counted, with teams working non-stop (with only short breaks!). Then, from June 3 to 6, the magistrates and the members of the Electoral Tribunal will follow. Finally, from June 6 to 10, it will be the turn of the circuit magistrates and district judges. Every step counts!
Transparency and Challenges: Patience as an Ally
Did you know that the partial results will be published in the District Computing System? However, as expert Arturo Espinosa explains, there will be days of uncertainty before knowing the definitive results. But don’t worry! This wait ensures that each vote is validated under criteria of parity, eligibility and legality. Democracy has no shortcuts!
The IECM has also made a key call: to avoid the dissemination of electoral accordions that could skew the contest. It is time to inform ourselves responsibly and celebrate that Mexico is moving towards more transparent processes!
