In a TikTok video with boxer Konan Big, De Nigris not only reacted, but put the offer on the table. With conditions.
“I’m making it public here, Adrián, I’m going to pay you the 4 million pesos, with one condition that in the next edition of ‘King Royale’ you’re going to go up with me, dude, three rounds (…) I’m going to knock you out, dude, I’m going to give you 4 million pesos, and now you can’t give up.”
There you have it. An official challenge, with rules and everything. The amount that he previously questioned (“it’s a hell of a price”) is now his own bet.
It’s not the first time (and probably not the last)
These two already have history. Do you remember the meeting at the Monterrey airport last year? Poncho shouting and beckoning from below, Adrián watching from the upper floor without flinching too much.
It is the perfect script for the networks: tension, money, pride and the promise of a show. The real question is whether anyone will believe this materializes beyond the videos and headlines.
