The official explained that these advances are the result of social proximity actions and joint operations carried out in recent days, in which the Secretary of the Navy, the State Police and other security entities participate in a coordinated manner.

As part of the direct support to the population, Gómez Vázquez highlighted acts of honesty and immediate attention, such as the recovery and delivery of a lost wallet in Plaza de las Américas, which was personally returned to its owner, an action that reinforces trust between citizens and authorities.

In addition to the seizure of stolen vehicles, he reported that the arrest of people allegedly related to various criminal acts has been achieved, emphasizing that the support and collaboration of citizens are essential to effectively follow up on each case.

When referring to the crime incidence, the director of Citizen Security recognized that the most frequent crimes in Xalapa are business robbery and home robbery. However, he assured that permanent work is being done to contain and reduce these crimes, with the support of the three levels of government and citizen collaboration.

In this sense, he highlighted the importance of reporting and the use of community tools such as neighborhood networks, which allow a faster and more effective response by the authorities.

“Everything that citizens report to us, whether directly or through neighborhood networks and social networks, helps us address the problem in a real and timely manner,” he expressed.

Finally, Gómez Vázquez reported that around 100 active neighborhood networks currently operate in the city, which have established themselves as a key communication channel between the population and the authorities. He reiterated the call to citizens to continue participating and reporting, stating that joint work is essential to strengthen security and tranquility in the capital of Veracruz.

Alliance for technological innovation

A key moment of the meeting was the intervention of Eng. In his speech, Baizabal González stressed that the implementation of the Electronic Death Certificate (CEDe) represents an essential technological advance to streamline procedures and improve public health statistics in the entity.

Likewise, the participation of Ms. Viridiana Bretón Feito, municipal president of Ixhuatlán del Café and head of the Veracruzan Network of Municipalities for Health in the VI Córdoba Health Jurisdiction, stood out. Guarantee of legality

During the session, the regulatory framework applicable to special cases, such as accidental births, was analyzed in depth in order to avoid delays in the identity of newborns. Overshadowing the “Recycled” and “Suspirants”
The phenomenon of Delia González Cobos is sending a direct message to the internal groups of MORENA and the opposition. Its possible opaque incursion into figures that the collective imagination already classifies as “recycled“:

The fed-up block: Names like Ana Miriam Ferráez, Doreny Cayetano or Rosalinda Galindo seem to have exhausted their political capital in the face of a citizenry that demands new faces and greater preparation.

The new weightless faces:* On the other hand, the “suspirants” like Tato Yunes, Toño Ballesteros or the young Vale Moctezuma, although they are looking for spaces, lack the technical fang and administrative career that a capital with structural problems of infrastructure and services demands today.

The Call: The Natural Relief of Ricardo Ahued

It is undeniable that the Secretary of Government, *Ricardo Ahued Bardahuil*, is the great reference for Xalapa. However, Ahued’s leadership has always been based on honesty and administrative efficiency. When looking for someone to hand over the baton of that “Hero of MORENA”, the figure of Delia González Cobos appears as the most faithful mirror.

She fits the vision of Governor Rocío Nahle: profiles of prepared, operational women with a firm hand. Delia is not a “finger-raising” politician in Congress; She is a specialist who knows how to make the resource reach the most needy neighborhoods through impeccable management.

Conclusion: If MORENA wants to increase that 29% participation and regain the trust of the Xalapeños, it needs to stop recycling candidates and start proposing State profiles. The Mrs. Delia González Cobos is not only dressing up for 2027; It seems to be the perfect seam to mend the relationship between the party and the citizens of the capital.
